The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

I have built an airplane with parts from Military Fasteners. In the last years I have only had one issue involving warranty problems and that was resolved by the factory. Good service and quality parts/availability are very good at Military Fasteners.
